I bought Vans AV Era 1.5 in mid-May. Decided a new pair of shoes for the start of the skateboarding season would be a great idea.

I cannot stress enough how disappointed I was by these shoes. Vans have been around for a long time but the quality of their shoes is stoopid crappy. To the point where, 3 and a half months later, I cannot use them anymore. They are completely torn. Definately the LAST time I’m buying anything from Vans. Paid 90$ for a skate shoe that couldn’t hold up. The sole was great, but the actual fabric itself is cheap!

The shoe looks greats, super lightweight and very comfortable, but not worth shit if you’re planning on skateboarding with them…

What do you think?
