On my second pair of V2s. First pair were the ones pictured above. Rounded toe was weird to get used to but broke in nicely. Stitching in the Ollie area ripped so I’d suggest reinforcing with superglue. Current pair are the black/gum in Wide. Both shoes hurt the side of my feet so I removed the tongue straps. The wide version is slightly wider in the toebox only. Looks more squared out than the regular width. I will likely get the standard width next time.

I can’t wait till I’ve completely used up my 440’s so I can check out the V2 version, if in any comparison to the 533/533 V2 I should be pleasantly surprised, thanks for the review!

I found that the 440v2 in black/gum is a completely different shape than the white/blue. Instead of a rounded toe it’s more pointed.

“nothing more and nothing less…” In the context of the impact these shoes can handle, what exactly does this mean? Medium impact good, light impact bad? Very confusing wording but other than that nice review.

Just had my first session in the green colorway of the v2’s. I was a big fan of the OG’s. Same fit, same grip, and same flick as the OG. From an interview which I will post below, explains in detail the changes and reasons for changes.

I couldn’t really tell from this review, but does the V2 fit the same as the V1? The V1s hurt the sides of my feet and I’m not sure whether to wait for more Wide versions to drop or try the regular V2.

Yes! I Agree we need a side by to compare. I felt the v 1 had a really hard sole so I retuned them straight away.
