For my next review in German Place Magazine we came up with something special: You decide which shoe will be reviewed! Since all my Place reviews are translated and posted on weartested.com as well, international readers are invited to vote, too.

It’s very easy to join:

1. Go to Place Skateboarding to read the article and have a look at the models.

2. Go to the Place Facebook page .

3. Write a comment under the corresponding post (“Made for Skate Shoe review -What’s next?- “) with the name of the model you’d like to be reviewed next.

One day with…the Gravis Viking high vulc

Without further delays I’m now able to publish the review about the new Gravis Viking high vulc. I know that it took me longer than expected, but other projects with fixed deadlines had to be done before. Thanks to Greg at Gravis for the chance to test a pair!

Gravis IVsk8 Viking high vulc

I just received a sample of one of the new Arto Saari pro models of Gravis Ivsk8 for 2010. The “Viking high vulc” features a new abrasion resistant material in the front that I wanted to test since I first heard of it. It is supposed to be more durable than leather while still having a good grip and my first impression is really good so far. Thank you Gravis for the chance to test it!

Gravis IVsk8 Viking low review

Here’s the newest review I did . It took quite some time since I announced it because I stopped skating them to do the Busenitz Pro in between, but better late than never, right? I hope the huge interest in the new Gravis IVsk8 line is satisfield for now even though it is not about the Dylan low.

Gravis IVsk8 Viking low

The Viking low of Arto Saari’s new skate shoe line will be reviewed in the next few months. Thanks Gravis IVsk8 for the opportunity to test a pair! I’ve already skated them for around 10 hours, pictures of the skated shoe will be updated soon.

But that’s just one part of the upcoming projects, expect another update later this week….
